The stats don't lie. You have a defense, they just don't execute when the game is on the line and thats the story this year for Philly.

Im with Josh stats can be alittle misleading. I have seen Philly play alot this season and that defense is not very good. The last few weeks they have played better but a top 10 defense I dont think so at least with the eye ball test.

the Niners are pretty much responsible for the Eagles being eliminated. If the Eagles didnt fall to the Niners second half Blitzkrieg you can't deny they would be right there with the Giants and Cowgirls. Just one game.

too many turnovers early in the season did for the eagles.

if goodell had got his 18 game season passed the eagles would be nicking the NFC East and would be dangerous for anyone to face in the playoffs.

The Niners loss wasnt to bad but the Bills, Seahawks and Cardinals thats a different story.

Eagles cut DeSean Jackson, there are rumors of him being associated with some violent street gang. There has to be off the field issues for them to release him. Doesn't make any sense, if Matt Schaub can get a 6th round pick in return there has to be some trade value to Jackson. I'm hoping this isn't another Hernandez type thing, that whole situation is just awful.
