First time running in a long while, ran a mile @ 8:37... Didn't go as hard as I could, goal is to get under 7... Ill need 2 weeks and ill get there


Since I started working out I've lost a good chunk of my body fat and turned it into muscle, when I started I was at 175 with noticeable fat hanging off of too many places, now I'm a semi chizled 167

When I was in high school we had to run under a 7 min mile to start on the soccer team. The shitty part is it wasn't a flat mile it was what was called "the circuit" which pretty much outlined the school and you had to run uphill for about 1/3 of the way. We had to run the mile before every practice. Right now, that would probably kill me lol.

lol I still don't know what they heck the deal was with that. I would turn my mic on mute because of the background noise around me right after I said anything but I wouldn't think that would make that sound. I didn't even have the mic that close to my mouth but that thing is super sensitive. I left the room everytime I went to smoke too so I don't know what the deal was.
