I'm trying to figure out WTF is going on across the street? Started off with 2 cars in a parking lot and 1 cop. 1 of the cars was parked in a space but the cop car and other car are just parked in the middle of the lot not in a space. Then the other car leaves. The cop is at the window of the car in the parking spot. He gets on his phone and a woman cop shows up. Then a person from a business where the car is parked infront of comes out. Now there is 3 people talking to someone in the parked car. I haven't seen the person just their arm come out of the car and hand a phone to the cop? I have no idea what is going on but these doosh cops are blocking in about 5 other cars.

It's a loan company where the car is parked. The person in the car at one point handed their cell phone to a cop to talk to someone. A lady from the loan company was bent down saying something to the person in the car? Bizarre. Cop is just chillin leaning against the car.

Ok so the loan lady handed a piece of paper to the parked driver. A new car pulled up and the driver finally got out and got in the passenger side of the new car. But they both got out of the car about 1 min later. I'm thinking now this person signed over their car for a loan but didn't want to give it up. I'm guessing the new person that showed up has some money so the car doesn't get towed away. That' my guess.

I had some kind of killer cold going on yesterday. Nasty stuff. I stuffed my face with meds and it's slowly going away.
