There is one thing that seperates Rondo from that group though...everybody on that list is a current or future HOF..except Rondo Guess we'll have to revisit this post in 15 years or so. If his current progress continues or he just keeps on being the best pg in the NBA for half that time he will be in hof discussion.

| He can't shoot like that every game though and never will be able to. He's a great passer and set up man but he'll never be a great shooter or scorer. |

| They need to be able to score and shoot also in this NBA. I'd take Rose over Rondo anyday. |

Ok so you would take probably the best PG in the league over Rondo? Yeah Rondo sucks

Ok so you would take probably the best PG in the league over Rondo? Yeah Rondo sucks With no regard to age I'd take Rose(AI 2.0), D-Will, Nash, Parker, & Paul. Maybe Westbrook, but I think he's a ticking time bomb. Not a fan of his. Maybe Irving in a few years too if he keeps getting better. That puts Rondo in the 5-10 area.

| Well, Rose has to compensate for an offensively challenged supporting cast like Iverson used to. Though Rose supporting cast features much better scorers than AI ever had around him in his prime. | |

Yeah not just scorers though either. The Bulls are probably 5 times better than any team AI ever played on. That team he took to the finals was terrible and he actually beat the lakers in a game in the finals.
