Yeah last night was sad. Kobe gets it. There are not many opportunities left and he is the only one who gets it on the Lakers. He is that team, he is their success, but it cannot only happen though him alone. It's sad to see a game like that. Kobe is the man but held hostage to his teammates deficiencies, he doesn't have anyone else that plays like they understand the gravity of the situation as a whole, that this team and the level it's been at for longer then the past decade is on the cusp of extinction. Look across to Boston and it is the same thing but different mindset. That team is gone next year, their best players are old, any or all of the big three could be on another team or retired, they know this is the last year for that team, and they get it, this is the last chance to take advantage of all remaining advantages. Even being older, the talent and ability is still there.

As a lifetime Laker hater. I'm loving it. Doesn't even matter if they win game 7. They will be owned by OKC next series. So either way I'll be happy.
