That was so awkward. Sonnen was more off than usual, but it was obvious this guy didn't really know his shit, but tried hard to read up it seemed.

I don't really buy Sonnen's act. It seemed just like one day he wanted to be this heel..the guy used to be pretty classy...he only started acting like a heel in regards to Silva after the Abu Dhabi incident, then he just acted like one in general.

I don't know, seemed absolutely pointless to me, why be a total douche to the guy who is just trying to get your thoughts on something, that is the first time I haven't been laughing with Sonnen, I was laughing at him.

Landsberg was the shit in the 90's and early 2000's when he always had WWF wrestlers on talking about behind the scenes shit. I don't know if he still does that, but he is knowledgable about that stuff..his MMA knowledge is casual at best.

Chael Sonnen was an ass.

I think in the beginning, Chael was sticking to his character routine, creating good tv, and then when Lansberg didnt realize what he had in front of him (ie. controversial tv = lots of eyes), and wanted to do the segment over again, Chael got annoyed and took it into overdrive. Its all an act people.

Chael got his ass whooped.

No way Landsberg does that interview face to face, but he pulled no punches. And Chael really had no answer.

I swear Bill Romanowski and Chael Sonnen sound exactly alike. Romo on The Heard right now.

According to Ariel's twitter, Spider's rival soccer team in Brazil just sent Chael a jersey lol

Sonnen is going to be on Landsberg again this coming Friday
