JoPa to retire at the end of the season

Just heard the breaking news on Mike and Mike right before they signed off. Looks like you guys were right. I didn't think he would go out like that.

I really wish he didn't have to go out like that, then again I thought he was the kind of guy that would do more about this kind of thing then just send it up the ladder and forget about it too so

I still want to here JoPa speak. I want to know exact details. What EXACTLY did he know, when did he know it, what did he do about it. I want very specific details on the situation from JoPa.

Is JoPa stepping down because as the face of Penn St it has to fall on him or did JoPa personally fail in this situation and is just taking responsibility for his actions.

Personally, I think he's absolutely willing to do that. Problem is there are way too many people around him, I doubt we ever hear it like that.

That appears to be what he did. But again we don't have accurate information on what exactly Joe knew. Last I heard he said he wasn't aware that any crime had taken place and the report he got was not the information we have now.

Well JoPa's contract was up at the end of the season anyways and I believed he was going to retire anyways so to me he should have stepped down today. I know it wasnt his fault that this monster did this to kids but it did happen on his watch and was covered up on his watch also. JoPa should have bit the bullet today and stepped down for not only the victims of this sickening scandal but also for his players now. They have a huge game this week against Nebraska and no 1 is talking about that and rightfully so but JoPa can end some of it by taking responsibility and stepping down today.

whenever i changed it to espn last night it would be tlaking about this

DP isnt covering it no where near as much as ESPN Radio. He actually changed the topic for alittle bit and ESPN Radio hasnt at all.

Because people in the real sport world love DP and ESPN ain't loved. His show is 10x better than any of that junk on ESPN. ESPN is bunk as shit.

I love Mike and Mike way more than DP.

I love Mike and Mike but they get on my nerves at times. But they also have great guest on the show and I could listen to Herm Edwards all day long. Love that guy and his passion.

DP is as big of a douche as Colin for sure, can't stand him anymore.

DP whole thing is taking shots at the "Mother-Ship". Gets old.
