+1,000,000. If anything Anderson belongs at LHW!
He belongs at whatever weight allows him to perform at his peak potential. He doesn't owe you, me or anyone anything more then that.
and that peak potential weight is at 170, where he's fought his whole career

GSP has nightmares about spiders every night.

When you're an all-time great and you literally play with every opponent that gets in the ring with you, eventually its time to step up and challenge yourself. That's what it is and will always be about

He wasn't literally playing with your boy Sonnen.

I had GSP more on mind with that statement. Anderson could still have a few interesting fights left, especially if they bring Jacare over

GSP is literally playing with his opponents? I'm not seeing that. He damn sure wasn't toying with Jake. Dude isn't even finishing anyone. There is no reason for him to move up right now. GSP must fight Condit and Fitch still needs his rematch. A must for that division.

Jake Shields wasn't even competitive against a one-eyed man that played it 100% cautious
Condit is only getting a shot if he beats BJ which is a fight that he's probably an underdog in. Other than that there's no one on the horizon. Ellenberger if he can beat Shields will jump up a little I guess. Fitch is the exact same fighter and took one of the biggest one-sided ass kickings in the history of the UFC. No one needs to see that shit again

That's bullshit man, GSP wasn't dominating Jake before or after the eye poke. At no point was he toying with him. Fitch earned his rematch, the result of the fight is irrelevant. He clearly established himself as the 2nd best and earned his title shot. GSP must give Fitch a rematch, ass whooping or not it doesn't matter. This is still a sport...to some degree. Like I said about Spider, GSP doesn't owe anyone anything. If being the best WW to ever walk in the cage isn't good enough for you, that's not GSP's problem. Thankfully I think GSP is smart enough to know that and we won't have to see him make the mistake of jumping weight.

Shields did absolutely nothing in that fight. Notta. He wasn't and would never be even the slightest bit competitive against GSP
Like I said, when the challenges become too easy the best will look to challenge themselves. They always have and always will

Didn't Anderson fight at WW before? why not jump down?

Yeah back when Clinton was receiving blow jobs in the Oval Office. Moving down at 36 is extremely risky, the most likely would be a 180lb catchweight.

1. Anderson Silva vs Mauricio Rua - Yes Please 2. Anderson Silva vs GSP - Want it less than I used to but still very much for the basic primal value it carries, best of the best, harkening back when it wasn't about the pounds but about the men. 3. Brock Lesnar vs Alistair Overeem - Monster fun. Would be cool to see Brock fully KO'd. 4. Dan Henderson vs Lyoto Machida - Would be a helluva fight 5. Anderson Silva vs Dan Henderson - Want to see it bad, but not as much as any of the others.
