To me, although Anderson's was completely epic, Machida's jumping karate kid style front kick on Randy takes the cake.

Nothing wrong with that pick, IMO Anderson and Machida have two of the sickest KO's all-time.

I have to give it to Anderson based solely on the fact that he did it to: A) Someone who had only ever been knocked out once in his professional MMA career before B) Someone who wasn't in his late 40's C) Not at such a vast disadvantage striking

Anderson's really started this front kick resurgence or emergence, we've seen 2 others this year since then, and if counting Roop's push kick slash front kick, 3, so maybe he should get it it was completely like WTF did I just see?

It really rivals the jumping fence kick of Anthony Pettis to be honest. Not because nobody thought it couldn't be done (much like they thought Pettis' kick couldn't) but because nobody ever thought they'd see it happen quite like that. It wasn't just that he landed it but he absolutely hatefucked Belfort with it. Not to mention it occurred at a time where everyone started to think Anderson was on the decline because of age and the Sonnen fight. Dude picked a perfect time to remind us all why he regarded as he is in the sport.

For me it was Kongo over Barry. Have to take into consideration that I hate Spider and seeing Randy crumble was not something I enjoyed. So those 2 KO's I did not enjoy at all. Also the Kongo KO was just a shocking turn of events. Kongo was on his way out and on wobbled legs landed a kill shot. So the HW KO takes the cake for me.
