| Was kind of hoping the Gilbert Melendez vs. Jim Miller rumour had legs, but this is good.
I think Miller wins this via unanimous decision. I think he's better than Bendo is just about every facet of MMA except athleticism, but don't see Bendo getting finished.

| on a bad note...this is yet another non top 10 opponent for Jim Miller. This guy will probably have compiled one of the greatest all time UFC records by the time he gets a fight that could be considered a title eliminator. | |

| Given how hard they probably want to push the few top former WEC guys, this probably is a title eliminator for all intents and purposes. Miller is right there after Pettis (if he beats Guida) and I'd imagine a win over him would also elevate Bendo right to the promised land | |

| Good fight. Miller will fight again if he wins before getting a title shot because Pettis wont get his shot until next year anyway. Maybe Miller will fight Melendez if he beats Bendo? If Guida beats Pettis then Miller would get the shot. |

| This was the fight I wanted if I couldn't have Gil/Jim. And with Miller in waiting for a while if he is, as he should be, close to a Title shot, then a guy like Bendo makes sense. Henderson also put on a solid enough performance against Bocek where he deserves a similar level opponent himself, maybe more like Guida, but this is good. I'd expect Miller to take this fight. Think his striking/boxing is cleaner and crisper then Bendo's, he also has solid movement. He could also be the guy that has the chokes to sub Bendo finally. | |

I have Bendo in my top 10 in the LW division. It's the deepest division by far, but I can't put 10 guys in front of Bendo. I think he takes Pettis in a rematch. This is gonna be a tough fight for him and a great fight for us fans. I'm taking Bendo by UD. | |
