| This has been driving me crazy for months. I've asked several people and no one seems to know.
I frequently see cars that have a sticker on the back that resembles a country's flag. It is completely black except for a blue horizontal stripe through the middle. Most of the drivers are black. Anyone know what this sticker means? | |

| It means they're cops or involved in law enforcement, but people have copied it to help prevent get tickets and what not. | |

| cops or supporter of cops. most of the time you need to be part of security,customs, etc to get one or like farmer said copy one. | |
