| Tim you're a fucking player loyalist, you aren't a real fan, your a fucking joke and I like you. You hoped on board with a hype train, and have been a fan for MONTHS not years, it's sad as hell. You even posting on the NBA is a joke to all the other Basketball fans on the board. And you champion a player who needed to run to play with two other All-Stars to have a CHANCE at winning it all. Where is the drive to be great? where is the competitive nature? A TRUE competitor doesn't pull shit like that and is an embarrassment to all players before him.
YOU ARE A JOKE FAN
You wanted it.... | |

YOU ARE A JOKE FAN You wanted it.... A joke fan because I root for LeBron??? Funny. Lets talk about u and your love for a man who never won anything without a ton of help himself. SHAQ and Kobe won together and then Kobe didnt win shit when Shaq left until they brought in another top 15 player in Pau Gasol. Gasol was just as vital in Kobe winning again as Shaq was the 1st time. LeBron is a great player as is Kobe but neither win a title with that shitty Cavs team. Also u like to talk shit about LeBron being on TV telling where he was going.....Lets not forget when Kobe was on for cheating on his wife and being accused of RAPE. So which 1 of them is the real asshole? Easy choice. As far as me being a joke fan say what u want cause I understand how much it hurts when your team underperforms it happens but the difference between me and u is I dont get all pissy like some1 fucked my little sister and talk about who some1 else roots for.

| Pau was never regarded as the player he was with the Lakers before hand, actually Bosh was thought of as a better player.
As far as the Shaq/Kobe Lakers, it shows your ignorance on the game. Shaq would have lost to the Blazers without Kobe, Kobe actually saved GAME 7 of the WCF when Shaq didn't show up. Agianst the Kings in 2002, Shaq would have lost again, Kobe in games 6 and 7, 30 pts, 11rebs and 6 assists. When they got to the Finals Shaq was such a huge mismatch for the East he was always going to win MVP.
And brining up the rape shit? really Tim? really? Unless you have an IQ below 100 you know Kobe didn't do shit and it was some chick looking for money.
And what hurts? my team winning Back to Back CHAMPIONSHIPS? teams run out of gas after playing more games in 3 years then any teams since I can remember, but you wouldn't know that would you.
FACT IS YOU JUMPED ON BOARD WITH A HYPE TRAIN MONTHS AGO AND ARE A FAKE FAN, and to think I felt bad for typing that before.
PLAYER FAN.... | |

PLAYER FAN.... I didnt say he raped her i said he was accused. I also never said Shaq would have won without Kobe either LA. The point was even superstars need help also. Dont feel bad for saying anything Im a big boy i can take it and yes I did jump on board with the Heat because I like LeBron and because the Pistons were out of it in October. I took shit on this board everytime the Heat did anything or everytime they loss but u get upset when I fuck around with u guys alittle. U are better than that man.

| I hate LeBron to the deepest part of my soul, he represents all that I hate in sports.
You know I like you, I love you as a guy to play fantasy sports with, but the whole Bron/Heat angle pisses me off and always will, just how it is.
I will walk away calmly now....

He's been up and down, but he has still carried the team to the ECF.
And Miami's D has been doing this to everyone. Late game, opponents cannot score. That would apply if he didn't have the same kind of shooting performances against Indiana and Atlanta..
Capt. please tell me you aren't jumping on the wagon, never remember ball talk from you, but Miami in the ECF on the verge of Finals and here we are... Been a fan of B-ball since u were in diapers(maybe even prior). And Rose shot better in each of the previous series. Scored more, and shot at a higher %, in both of the first 2 rnds. His overall #'s vs Atl were excellent. And I hate Miami, been rooting against them in every series and will continue to do so if they make it to the finals. But if u don't see what Lebron and Miami's D are doing, then u are not watching.

I didn't ask how long, I said don't tell me you're jumping on their wagon cause out of nowhere all these Miami posts when I never remember you talking ball on here before, easy assumption to come to... And against Indiana he shot like 37% for the series, and he's shooting 36.3% in this one, he also had multiple below 40% shooting nights against Atlanta, was it the ghost of Miami?

| Hope Dirk and Kidd both get rings, would do a lot for their legacy.
Still fearing a FT fest again though, or the refs letting Bron(who I think will try and gaurd Dirk) get up on him without getting called.

| depending on how the finals go, I don't know if Kidd's legacy gets a big bump here. He is def a passenger on this run. If Dirk keeps playing like he does, and they win, then that is big lift for his legacy. | |

His overall #'s vs Atlanta were brilliant. His #'s vs Indy were better then vs Miami. And Bulls won both those series. As far as my fandom goes, I don't post all that much outside the MMA forum here, so forgive me for not talking NBA during the non interesting regular season. Add in Im a Nets fan and Im sure u understand. I'm also a big NY Giants, NJ Devils, NY Mets, and Rutgers fan(more football, but started to get into b-ball with the new coach, and better talent) for future reference.

I think it definitely does get a big bump. There are alot of guys without a ring that would have died to be a passenger(that still starts)on a championship team.

Im sure those older guys enjoy getting a ring, but I don't think it bumps their legacy much. Certainly not the type of bump a guy gets when he is the star driving a championship run. Gary Payton is a pretty good comparison imo.

| If there is a God(which there isnt) Dallas sweeps this series.
If there is any more reason to watch NBA basketball beyond this season, Dallas wins it.
Because if a team that starts Joel Anthony wins a title...the NBA is dead to me.

| 1)can u believe those fucking refs. Lebron is winking and clowning after he gets these call's. He is basically laughing at the refs. Yet they give every call to James and Wade.
2)Was that James fully establishing himself as the best player in the game. The big shots, but more important is that defense. He is shutting down the quickest(for arguments sake) player in the game. When he goes on to shut down Dirk in the next rnd, forget about it. Who gaurds him on Dallas anyway?
3)I argued against LA on Rose in this playoffs, but no arguing that he had an awful game tonight. And obviously I want to give credit to James as much as I want to discredit Rose. But if u were to rate Rose's game tonight, it certainly was not in the "good" game level.
But young team and young player. They had a great season. Can build on this one. But they need another guy who can create his own shot.

| So, you got a team full of vets of guys who have had great and good careers but no hardware to show for it(Dirk, Kidd, Marion, Terry, Peja) going for a title. Disregarding the fact i have nothing but venom for the three man circle jerk in Miami, i just want all those guys in Dallas to get theirs. | |
