Since when is John Howard one of the best strikers in the division. And for that matter, when did Kampmann become that?

Kampmann is one of the best technical strikers in the division. Howard is decent.

Poor Howard. The worst thing for a low middle of the pack fighter like him is the matchmakers thinking he's a lot better than he really is. Thats how you go from losing to Jake Ellenberger to fighting Thiago Alves to Martin Kampmann.

Yeah that is a pretty rough road. Could find him out of the UFC.

Did they do it for the last card on SPIKE? The Nog vs Davis card? I don't think they did. I don't think they do it for free cards.

MMA Weekly reports that standout wrestler, Matt Grice, will once again compete in the UFC, this time at featherweight, against Ricardo Lamas at UFC on Versus 4 in late June.
Grice was released by the UFC in 2009, but has since won four straight fights. Lamas is looking to rebound from a KO loss to Yuri Alcantara at WEC 53, which ended a three-fight winning streak for him.


Grice is from Oklahoma so I'm pulling for him.

He's fighting the Renegade? Nice.
