I know i offered my endorsement to the Brewers...but they hot dog'd the NLDS too much and with Nyjer Morgan, Zach Grienke and Prince Fielder..too much jackassery on the team. Do like Ryan Braun though. I also offered them by endorsement when i thought the Phillies would for sure beat the Cards.

The Cards shut those Philly jackasses up and they are just more likeable. I endorse the Cards but i still back the Rangers overall for taking them beating like men last year.

It's a longshot, but you're right..anything can happen in a game 7...if it gets to a 7, it does not matter that they were down 3-1. Its out the window.

Agreed. A bright note if there is 1 being down 3-1 at least we have our top 3 right in a row with Verlander, Scherzer, and Fister. We just have to keep hitting. We cant beat these guys 2-1 we really need to put up at least 5 runs.

As an NL fan and someone who follows the central division extremely closely, the Cards are the least likeable team in baseball led by two bleeding vaginas in Carpenter and La Russa

Well, you being a Reds fan and me being a Giants fan perhaps our enemies differ..You hate STL..i hate Philly. STL beat Philly thus making them likeable for this postseason.

Plus the Giants recent track record of owning the Cards brings almost no bitterness towards them.

still, 2 chances to close it out. Not a bad situation for the Rangers. That Rangers lineup is full of some crushers.

Absolutely agree with u. There lineup is stacked. It will be very tough for us to comeback but if we can some how get game 6 things could get very interesting.

No team left has the pitching of SF or Philly. So I like our chances.

Strick a fork in Detroit.

Too many injuries, and let's face it. Outside of Verlander, who did not have a great postseason..their rotation is unreliable for a 7 game series. Fister and Scherzer had moments, but those two guys don't even crack a healthy Giants rotation and are pretty much #4 caliber guys on average. Detroit needs health and legit #2 IMO.

The Rangers fans seem a bit more lively than last year. Not just the world series, but last years AL postseason as well. I think last years bandwagon crowd have morphed into legit fans and actually have some emotion invested into the Rangers this time.
