| sounds like she didnt really do anything wrong and they booked her on something that they didnt have to. She would have been able to find a ride home and there is no mention of her being disorderly.
i've been so drunk i could hardly stand when a friend has been booked for a DUI and one time they even suggested i walk home if i could not find a ride.
