Looks like Amazon won't be in the same league as Netflix when it comes to developing tv shows.

Just as I expected Twilight with a sense of humor and a R rating. I really wish Twilight never came out cause it ruined everything. It's ok though only on the second episode.

I think I'll probably wait and save Hemlock grove for next month cause I plan to get Netflix again then for the new Arrested Development season.

Watched Da Vinci's Demons yesterday and I liked it, sure it's no Rome and the CGI is a bit ropey but it's enjoyable enough. A couple hot broads are in it though, there's one who looks like the double of Angelina Jolie only with smaller (but just as tasty) tatas.
Don't expect historical accuracy or serious drama though it's kinda silly like Spartacus.

Watched an interesting show called Banshee the other day, I believe it's on Cinemax in Merica.
Got Netflix back today so I plan to finally watch Hemlock Grove.

Saw five episodes of Hemlock Grove yesterday and I really like the show, it's a quirky but it's fresh and original. Not it in the same league as House of Cards though but that show just oozes quality.
One main drawback is Fameke Jansen's accent, it's atrocious, it's almost as bad as Dick Van Dyke's from Mary Poppins.
On S4 of Madmen and the episode when Clay becomes champ may just be the best of the series so far.

I finished it on Saturday, it's an interesting show. I admire Netflix for having the balls to develop something like that, at least they're casting a wide net with the shows they've commissioned.

The kid that's the wolf reminds me of Steve from Shameless.

Watched the first two episodes of Hannibal today and wow is this show a pleasant surprise. It's nice to see a proper dark, gritty murder show from network tv, makes The Following look like a Brett Ratner production. Mads Mikkelsen really holds his own as Lector, his version is just as interesting as Coxx and Hopkins adaptations.
I've also been watching Boss recently and was shocked to hear it was cancelled cause that show is probably the classiest thing Starz will ever get their hands on. Kelsey Grammer has been exceptional in the show.

Awesome show but the finale was kinda anti-climatic.
