I just dont see it. Fedor got caught in a sub while he was dominating he didnt look bad in getting a 3 round beatdown to lose that way. I think he still has enough to beat Silva.

And AA looked great vs Fedor b4 getting caught. People want to right off the loss as a freak occurence, or more a bad decision from Fedor then skill by Werdum, but Fedor has benefitted from a couple of those type wins himself.

But as far as the matchup with Silva goes. big foot will have a huge size adv, is a bjj black belt, and showed nice boxing vs AA. If he can avoid the bomb that ruined Fedor's recent victims, he should be in good shape.

Remember how small Kyle looked in Silva's gaurd, Fedor will look even smaller. I don't see the Fedor GnP playing a factor. He needs to land the big shot standing.

Maybe he won't avoid the bomb, but I just see that as Fedor's best op here. And granted, Fedor has become pretty adept at landing the big shot, but I think Silva will fight smart. Stay at a safe distance, or get in real tight and smother Fedor.

I do not see this as a Nog like scenario where he GnP's for 3 rnds. Nor do I see Fedor subbing a fairly coherent Silva.

I just think that Fedors speed is gonna bother Silva, if Bigfoot uses his size he could control some of the fight but i doubt he avoids those hay makers
but then again this is mma and anything could happen

We don't really know that. Kyle knocks a lot of motherfuckers out himself and the punch he landed on Silva probably knocks most out.

Kyle is also a lot quicker, longer, taller. Silva also kind of kept his hands too low at the beginning of the Kyle fight. He'll probably start off against Fedor with the same respect as he has for Arlovski..which was a lot compared to how he started the Kyle fight.

Fedor is gonna rape him. No one here would be willing to bet on Silva, smart money is on Fedor.

why? I'd bet anything that Fedor wins this. I love how the perception of Fedor has changed so much since a world class bjj fighter caught Fedor slippin. No one in the world has a chance in hell to beat Fedor coming off a loss. I don't buy for a second that anyone would be willing to bet anything on Bigfoot in this fight.

I don't even factor in the loss to Werdum , consider it a complete fluke as I've stated before. More so based on the matchup, where I could make a strong case for either guy.

I'll let you pick my AV for a year and I'll send you the pink slip to my ride if Fedor loses.

I haven't had my Probe since I totaled it(not my fault) when I was 18. So a Fedor? - Page 2 726609

Yep, I really had a 93 Ford Probe that got wrecked that wasn't my fault and I got more money then I paid for the car out of it. All true.

mine was auto and I was very happy to have it as a first car lol, I saved up $1500 and bought it a month before I turned 16. It was reliable and well worth the money for me. I got $2300 for it after it was wrecked and that was after driving it for a couple years.

http://www.bloodyelbow.com/2011/2/11/1988528/fedor-emelianenko-the-international-ice-hockey-federation-and
In August of 2009, Washington Capitals goaltender Semyon Varlamov requested a change of the spelling in his first name with the NHL. Semyon's name is written as "Семён" in Cyrillic, and the letter "ё" equates to the sound "yo" in English. His name had originally been translated and written as "Simeon."

Varlamov's request prompted the International Ice Hockey Federation to modify the rules regarding Romanization of Russian-language names. Specifically (italics mine):

Q: So what has been wrong with how the names were transcribed until 2010?
A: Simply, the English transcription didn't reflect how Russians really pronounce their names. And this is the whole point of transcription - to write Russian names with Roman letters so it comes as close as possible to the original pronunciation.

Q: Can you give some examples of that?
A: Take a name like Fyodor. It most places it was "Fedor" which is wrong. The Pittsburgh star Malkin's first name must be spelled Yevgeni and not "Evgeni" or "Evgeny". Very few Russian first names start with an "E-sound". Two examples are Enver and Eduard. The first sound in the original spelling of Malkin's first name is Cyrillic "E", which looks like the Roman "E" but is pronounced "Ye". Thus: Yevgeni.
