| More evidence supporting my favorite unsung HW Roy Nelson along with more evidence that Frank's prowess is over stated. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dj5xMeXybsNog could sub either of these dudes. Rare exceptions aside, Brazilian BJJ black belts are just flat out better than American ones. He's certainly as good of a wrestler as either of those guys, is faster than either, and much faster off his back and during scrambles when limbs and necks are open. | |

| Nelson does look small there. Lesnar is a lot larger compared to Nelson than I realized. | |
