Hammil should win this IMO

I think Davis is too explosive. Takedowns and ground control

i think hammil can keep it standing where he'll pick Davis apart with Davis' robot like striking

He beat Brian Stann whose striking doesn't exactly suck, plus he fights out of AKA where some of the sports best strikers train. He should be alright and I expect victorious.

Stann is mostly a power striker, not exactly overly technical. The guy is just a bulldozer really. AKA does have some very good strikers but just because Davis comes out of there doesn't mean he's not a Wrestler at heart. Hammill has never been easy to get down unless your name is Jon Jones. Hammill's striking has improved leaps and bounds over the last two years. Wrestling should cancel out and I agree with killer that Hammill will pick him apart standing.

I think Davis steps up and gets a big win.

I don't think Hamill's striking is really that far ahead of Davis. He was getting beaten by Tito in the standup last fight. Phil's raw explosiveness will give Matt a lot of problems IMO

Great fight, like Hammil here for reasons stated, he's more experienced then Davis at this point and ahead of him in terms of overall ability. Think they cancel out in wrestling and Hammil then has the advantage in striking. He's not miles better standing, but better, and Hammil can take shots too, we'll find out if Davis can.
