Should it really be considered a big upset though. It's not like Leben is only a jobber to the stars like Silva. He's very beatable for guys like Stann.

there was no new Chris Leben. You're only as good as your last fight in MMA. The new Chris Leben won a couple fights on short notice simply by being Chris Leben of always.

vs twp tough opponents though and he was getting mentioned as facing Wandy

Don't get me wrong. Leben is good and always has been good...and i think a fight with Wandy made a lot of sense because they are, or were both in the same standing. They can still make the fight as far as im concerned considering Wandy's layoff.

Leben caught and unlucky strike to the liver. That is almost impossible to come back from.

The 1st was an obvious 10-8, and Frankie was executing his gameplan perfectly up until he got clipped, rocked and then all that crazyness that ensued thereafter.

And after Frankie survived the 1st in Brock-esque fashion (By the way no running comments?) I thought he won every rd in the fight. The 3rd the the most up in the air rd in the fight for me, and most, and I'm not giving the rd to Gray for a weak takedown and 20 seconds of nothing. Felt Frankie won the striking enough before so to warrant the rd.
