I don't recall seeing Triumph but maybe once when Conan dropped to doing The Tonight Show. Certain skits didn't make the cut for earlier viewing. No masturbating bear and many others. My concern is that NBC kept the rights to the key skits (If not all) and he's got to try and find new material for TBS. Celebrity survey, Year 3000, Conando, Ass stamp, If they mated and Celebrity secrets will all be hard to replace. Even if he's stuck without his A material, he's still more entertaining than Letterman or Leno...

A much better effort on the second show. Seemed to flow much better overall and the skit with the TBS censor guy was solid. The interview with Tom Hanks was much better and smoother than the night before. Only complaint I still have is they really need to work on the sound for the bands.
I'm really hoping that NBC didn't kill a lot of his skits like Year 3000, Conando and others though. Those were what really made the show for me...
Agree with the sound LTFG. Just watched Soundgarden's performance online and the vocals were kind of off.

I enjoyed the show.
Where the fuck is Max Wienberg?
Miss Max too. He had a big heart surgery and doesn't do the show. He was a great asset though, such a straight character in that mix. I think his serious stare downs were one of the best features of the show.

Conan is one of those guys who it is hard to hate, but rarely does he get the love. I think he has great nights and meh nights.
