Its not the main event mostly because of the time difference. The AA-Froch is happening in Europe, that fight will be done by around 3PM Pacific time, the Ward-Dirrell fight will take place around 7-8 Pacific time its self, several hours after.

I think each one will be a "main event" in its venue, but if Im Showtime, I air Abraham-Froch first, you dont want people tuning out right away with Ward-Dirrell stinking up the place

So far in November the only PPV is Pac-Margarito

Fuck it would be a dream if Bute pulled out of his fight that Contender scrub and fights Green.
