Sorry if I came off as insensitive. But indeed, the Scotsman in the ring actually was wearing a kilt (Kilts are awesome by the way. I am not a racist. Sushi is Japanese and it is delicious).

the weirdest thing is that i have never seen sturm fight. i dont know how that has happened but somehow i miss him every time. so i guess that i will see him for the first time tonight.

a career plagued by so so performances and inactivity. Coming in off a long layoff tonight (I believe it is 14 months).

He's a pretty good fighter, that hasn't accomplished that much. He did get robbed against De La Hoya years ago.

we have an afternoon title fight. Hopefully both fighters give good performances and we can see something decent.

i think that lorenzo won the round. sturm just didnt do enough but it was close.

Mostly a jabbing contest in round 1. I gave it to Lorenzo. He threw in some body shots and though many were blocked, Sturm didn't land anything of note except for a jab at the end.

Sturm was very tentative. Lorenzo as well but at least he attempted more punches.

It is in Germany, so we can assume it is 1-0 Sturm

Sturm inactive for over a year and looks it early.

lorenzo looks sharper. they are close rounds but lorenzo just is looking better and is landing cleaner punches.

Sturm landed a couple of rights but not much else.

Round 2. Sturm landed the cleanest shot of the fight, a straight right midway.

Lorenzo did some decent body work. I'll call it even.

Lorenzo leads by one point on my card.

Sturm blocked alot of Lorenzo's punches and was much more on the initative that round.
