| This guy is milking is WBC trinket like Haye is doing at Heavyweight.
He's scheduled to fight another bum in Mexico. It's TBA right now but im sure its another Goya can.
Anthony Peterson is his mandatory but the WBC has yet to step in and demand that fight to happen. Peterson now fights Brandon Rios in a WBA title eliminator.
Top Rank is to blame too cause they're building up a Barrera-Soto fight. Meanwhile leaving Peterson out to dry who is signed with Top Rank.
I used to be a fan of Soto but he hasnt fought anyone significant in years.

| I wouldn't say he's a fraud, Soto is just blatantly ducking Peterson and chasing paydays. |

| Soto is chasing paydays and ducking but for him it is smart. He isn't a guy that is going to generate big paydays after Peterson boxes his ears off.
If Barerra wins his next tune up fight, Soto wins his stay busy fight, and then Barerra vs Soto gets made, then Soto will make the biggest purse for his entire career.
I have no idea what soto's career earnings to date are, but I would guess he hasn't made enough to set his family up for the next 30 years. A fight against Barerra will go a long way towards doing that. I can't really blame him.
