Koscheck suggests Olympic-style drug testing needed for St-Pierre fight; champ agrees

LAS VEGAS – It seems boxing champ Floyd Mayweather isn't the only fighter who believes Olympic-style drug testing should be more prevalent in combat sports.

At Monday's "The Ultimate Fighter 12" media day at the UFC Training Center in Las Vegas, opposing coaches Georges St-Pierre (20-2 MMA, 14-2 UFC) and Josh Koscheck (15-4 MMA, 13-4 UFC) both said they think a more stringent program should be in place for their December bout.

I guess bringing up a better drug testing policy is douchey, if it comes at the expense of a Gatorade endorsed fighter?

I don't have a problem with drug testing. If he wants to join the Penn camp of acting like a guy is on steroids just because they aren't good enough to beat him, then he's a douche IMO (sidenote: I already thought he was one anyway)

This is an attempt to get under GSPs skin, but still I see the overall good in it.

There is merit to this idea, however, Kos is ONLY bringing it up because he wants GSP to get busted. He knows he can't beat GSP and even though he has no proof whatsoever that GSP is juicing he's gonna bring this shit up. If anyone had evidence that GSP was juicing they would bring it out in the open, especially BJ or Kos. Both guys have lost to GSP so they want an excuse.

I like Kos, but I see his motive here, and it's not for the greater good of the sport.

Ya, or they obviously see GSP's body is so full of HGH that it comes out of his pores, resulting in the oily substance that covers GSP's body.

I guess they both make him slippery. Don't forget regular steroids can make you sweat sometimes too. That has to play a part also.

I agree, it may also be an attempt for him to try and come to grips with the fact that GSP is just that good

Anyone that thinks GSP is on any steroid or growth hormone is just a jealous hater.
