Is it strong for a card with 2 title fights featuring 2 of the top 5 P4P fighters?

no way it could be that high, but if it is thats a fucking success considering it was over seas, a weak opponent for silva, and that everybody knew the results before the actual 9pm start time

Yes. It was live at 10am. A lot of people were probably waiting for the usual north american start time but caught the very very poor reviews of the show. That is pretty good in comp to what they usually get with tape delayed PPV's.

When they are overseas...i nvr get the ppv, just easier to findout who wins earlier. from what i heard of the last one glad i didnt get it!

yeah people bash is more then they should. Every single fight ended in a finish except the 2 title fights. People that hate Penn vs Edgar are just upset with the outcome. The fight itself was pretty good. The last fight just left an awful taste in people's mouth. It wasn't as bad as most people make it seem. I thought it was worth it still.

Well, a PPV is always judged by the main event.

I was going to order the 10am showing but most of the people that usually go in on the bill with me were at work or doing saturday morning shit. Then they find out throughout the day what happened and if it was any good or not. That type of stuff goes against international cards. If this was in north america at it's usual live start time this 500K buyrate would be terrible.

They only had such high profile fights to impress Abu Dhabi and that failed miserably.

The Hughes fight was kind of a stinker too. After that, most of us were expecting and hoping for fireworks to end the card... BJ looked like crap and Anderson acted like a baffoon...
