This is a civil case, so Ben won't go to jail, but will cough up some money on lawyers and probably a settlement. 60% of rape cases don't go reported, so the fact she said nothing doesn't necessarily mean it didn't happen, but that is why this is a civil case and not a criminal one.

Also, just because this chick isn't really hot, doesn't mean Ben is innocent, or that she was dying to sleep with him (can't rape the willing, amirite!) Not that I think he's guilty, I just think it could have happened either way and won't pass judgement.

Ben is innocent. This nutcase was seeing a married man and his wife faked an email account posing a soldier in Iraq and then cut her off, kind of like the cyber bully mom case. The chick went around telling people he died in combat and that she was engaged to him and stuff.

That's why she went to five different hospitals for treatment.

Also her suit alleges that Harrah's officials tricked her mom into giving them the key to her house so they could go and erase data off her computer that would have proved her case.


Typically when one average nobody unbalanced person alleges a giant conspiracy against tons of people, it's bullshit.
