After being a decent fighter, what exactly is there to really like about Rory now that there is a window of exposure to him outside the cage? I mean, I'm not seeing much there but someone who kinda sucks at talking hard and having a personality.

Shogun I hate to admit is a shot fighter....the Shogun that fought Jones, Vera, Hendo is not the Shogun I know...knee injuries and the constant wars/beatings have ruined his health....the only thing he has left is his chin and toughness. So with that said Gus 30-27.

Ou I know you didnt ask me but I got Rory implementing Top game in 1st rd to wear bj out and by 3rd rd bj will be gassed and might even loose in the stand up. that being said BJ could win the 1st rd standing if rory chooses to stand/cant get td. Rory should have 20 lbs on BJ

I echo what ninja says about shogun and it pains me but he is not same fighter. I hope he proves me wrong and comes out angry precise violent shogun but I got gus here. gus is more technical than jones in the stand up, probably resulting in alot more volume and I think that keeps shogun on outside looking in. Shogun might go for tds which could be a good tactic and might give avenue to win or stop this fight. Shogun said he is looking to make a great shogun effort and wants another shot at jones whom he had medical issues against apparently.

Shogun has awful cardio, but that usually kills him in championship rounds. What will kill him in this fight is Gustafsons technical striking for 3 rounds. Decision Gus.

I took BJ in this one. Rory is the future of this divison, but it isn't the future yet. I think BJ has something left in him or he wouldn't be signing up to fight someone like rory. I think BJ comes out just like he did against a much bigger Jon Fitch, and brings it to rory, but this time does more damage for the win. Decision BJ.
