Bill Simmons made a good point. Making this trade and still having Rondo makes it look even more lame for Boston.

Rondo and all the rotation players they are getting in return are good enough to carry them to the dreaded 25-30 win season. Since we're talking about the leastern conference and i believe a 34 win team just made the playoffs on that coast..they can make it, get raped and miss the lottery alll together.

Don't hate. That man is a basketball player. Rebounds, defends, scores, hard worker. Any team would be lucky to have him in rotation.

I was hoping for Hardaway Jr to OKC so we could cut ties with K-Mart.


Also I think Trey Burke is the best player in the draft and I'd take him at PG and move Westbrook to his natural SG...but that would never happen lol

He's talented but he's done nothing. Holiday and Tyreke can switch between the guard spots.

Tyreke is a talented but not only did he never improve from his stellar rookie season, he's declined. He couldnt shoot a baseball into the ocean if it was more than 10 feet away and he's not the brightest crayon in the box. That said, he's still young and a very strong perimeter defender. He can play 3 positions as well. I don't know about 11 million per but i can easily see the Kings matching that.

Cousins isnt going anywhere for a long time if the Kings want to keep him. He's restricted. This is why even small market teams that nobody wants to play for can keep a star player for the first 6-7 years of his career. He also holds no cards in negotiations because there isnt anybody out there looking to pay out the ass for him unless he plays max ball..if he plays max ball the Kings will match any offer.

Thing about Tyreke is it's not really known if the Kings even want to keep him. Signs seem to point to not.
