Thanksgiving

What do you do? Favorite food?

Some people aren't big on turkey and more about the ham. I'm a turkey guy. Love that shit. I'm not big on any casseroles or even stuffing. I like stuffing but it's nothing special to me. Turkey Day is about the deserts for me. Pecan Pie, Hershey Pie, cherry cobbler and banana pudding. I use to go to my aunts every year but over the years when the families expanded(married,kids) we just go to my mom's house. Of course football never leaves the TV.

of the american holidays thanksgiving is the only one our family has picked up on. we always have a turkey and a bunch of other foods and since most of our family is over seas we invite friends over and make due.

going to my aunts house unfortunately. Only because the food isn't really up to my standards.

Regardless i love turkey and gravy, mashed potatoes, stuffing, glazed carrots, string bean casserole, biscuits, and this cornbread stuff but it has real corn it it... delicious.

other than that ill just be watching football.

Turkey, About a metric ton of stuffing, green beans, mashed taters, gravy on everything, and dinner rolls dinner rolls dinner rolls! Turkey and mashed tater sammiches for the next two or three days rocks too.

My sister gets rolls from Golden Corral mmmmmmmmmm that shit is good.

Best thing about thanksgiving is I only eat that usual stuff together (turk, stuffing, mashed potatos, gravey etc.,.) once a year. I'm really not all that blown away by thanksgiving food, kinda of boring.

I love turkey and I love left over turkey. Put some butter on it and some stuffing and throw it in the microwave and mmmmm next day deliciousness. Left overs are the best. I always get like 5 pieces of pie and a ton of turkey and sides to take home.

We aren't allowed to celebrate Thanksgiving in Oklahoma...because the Indians.

This year we're doing it at my sisters house and her and I are doing all the food. Then I have to do a full dinner at my house at night for the wifes family and I'll be deep frying my first turkey.
I'll be smashing leftovers through the weekend for sure. My sister is a foodie like me so we are trying some different shit....

Also fried turkey is the shit! Juicy as hell. Just remember not to attempt to fry a frozen turkey lol, it's amazing that every year people get burned for doing that.

Also awesome. We have this local BBQ place that will smoke turkeys for people. They do it right too.
