| But Mr. Monday Night?... Based on what?... An 18-16 Monday night record despite playing more games than any other QB? And it's not like he was playing for the Lions or Cardinals all those years... | |

| I voted NO just for the fact I don't have all the stats and comparisons. I like my odds 1 man vs every player ever to play on Monday Nights ever. | |

Where did you get this stat from? Can't find his monday record anywhere. Source? The truth... Had my assistant look it up manually on pro football reference. Took her about 15 minutes to go year by year looking at Monday night games only and give me a breakdown. BUT, I was wrong about him playing more Monday games than anyone else. I went to Wiki answers and apparently Marino had played in 3 more Monday games. Now according to Wiki answers, Montana (The highest % of any QB with over 20 Monday night starts), Brady and Manning are all over 72% on Monday night... Quite a bit better than Favre's 53%. And I'm sure there's quite a few QB's to fill the gap between...

- The Monday games everyone remembers are Favre related though. That Raiders game? Last Monday's was the biggest ever. He's Monday Night's Kimbo/Lesnar but with real HoF talent and a better beard.
Maybe in your young lifetime... For me, watching Montana regularly take down the likes of Favre, Marino, Elway and Aikman on Monday night was amazing. Watching Favre throw interceptions to kill drives while attempting comebacks is memorable, but for the wrong reasons...

| I voted no also. He has had some very big nights on Monday night football but I also remember Montana dominating big time on Monday nights. Hitting Rice on a post route for 80 yard touchdowns and winning a huge number of his starts. But i will always remember Farves Monday night performance against the Raiders right after his dad died and I was sitting there thinking this is unbelieveable what he is doing out there. | |
