I'm sure she did it but I followed this pretty closely and watched all of the closing arguments and they didn't have shit

I'm pretty sure everyone knew she was gonna win cause they had nothing.

ya hate to say it but the prosecution did horrible in this case, i watched a ton of it and their entire case was circumstantial, and the defense raised alot of reasonable doubt

I would have voted not guilty if i was a juror

I thought for sure she would be guilty and its very tragic she killed her own daughter and got away with it.

She's still a murderer to the general public though. She is now known as the girl who killed her kid and got away with it. So it's not like her names clear. She would not have got the death penelty and they would have sent her to some knitting school and called it life in the joint. The jury knew she did it..but if murderers do a good job getting rid of cold hard evidence that laws that protect wrongfully accused people work in their favor..more power to her.

She'll get some money to tell her story, but everywhere she goes she is still a murderer and her life will suck..she'll eventually have to change her name and all that..or she'll go the route of Amy Fisher and start doing porn and then get her ass handed to her by Dustin Diamond in celebrity boxing.

The prosecutors should be fucking fired and never so much as touch a traffic case again. I'm talking these motherfuckers should be in Wal-mart vests greeting people as they enter the store. Horrific. I am seriously sickened by this. How the fuck do you botch a murder case where the bitch claims to have accidentally killed the child and tried to cover up the accident by making it look like a murder? She admitted to the death of the fucking child!

I know someone in the Florida area who takes care of things like these.

all of their evidence was circumstantial

the defense never proved or even said how Caylee died, and that screwed their case up from the jump. They didnt knock how she died, they took a shot and came up with an air ball. Their own forensics lab hurt them on the car trunk. The defense raised a ton of reasonable doubt in my opinion and the prosecutions entire case was circumstantial.

The prosecution did not dprove she committed First Degree Murder, sucks to say, but thats the way the justice system should work,

Circumstantial cases have been proven before. This is a legendary screw up. Not having a cause of death on dry bones shouldn't have been a nail in the coffin. This is horrible. What a crock of shit.

ding ding, this and Atlanta Child Murder case were the 2 i could think of, but damn it i wanted to see wolf do it

Difference in Peterson was that he didnt have shadowy figures involved with him, there werent 3 liars, there was 1, made it easier to prove a circumstantial case

and the jury of peers couldnt find her guilty of first degree murder.

I personally think that whole damn family is gulty of something and I dont think we will ever know what really happened until the big book deal comes around. The prosecution should have tried them all with crimes they knew they could prove.
