Build a 12 man roster. Each player must have been drafted from 1990 onwards and each player is at their peak. The catch is you can only have 3 players that have been all-stars.

Even though Tim Duncan is a much better player than Dirk I think Dirk compliments Shaq better. I went for team players and people that would fill a role. I also went for balance with attack and defense.
