Barnett wasn't informed or told he'd need a lawyer and they were willfully vague with him. It was a sham. Chael Sonnen is getting beaten up pretty badly over some of things he said. He was right to be embarrassed about his medical condition. SC Michaelson and the childish clowns at BE are having a field day with this.

all of this could of been over and done with more than a year ago but it was josh's own doing in delaying it this long. its funny how he was tweeting about it making himself sound innocent.

What will be interesting is if Chael tries to get licensed in Nevada for a fight. Under oath he lied to the CSAC about a fake conversation he had with NSAC Executive Director, Keith Kizer. Sonnen said he discussed the medication of testosterone replacement therapy, had the use approved by Kizer, and was told by Kizer that he would not need to bring it up ever again in Nevada. Kizer responded by saying he has never spoke to Cheal before, his commission never approved those claims, and that he would not grant an administrative license in Nevada to Cheal to fight, he would have to appear before the NSAC Board and explain his CSAC testimony. I also wonder if the CSAC Board will draft a resolution to amend yesterdays decision given the revelation of Sonnen's untruthful testimony under oath.

I am happy, because even though I am anti-PED, he is entertaining before, during and after the fight.
