It doesnt happen often, but when it does happen oh man is it shocking. Not understanding what Im talking about well heres some examples.
Criteria : the ATG must be in his prime or damn near close to it.
Sonny Liston vs Floyd Patterson - Just an absolute beat down, Sonny mugs the fastest heavyweight champ ever and does it again in the rematch (just 10 seconds quicker)
George Foreman vs Joe Frazier - Joe is the man, he is coming off 2 KO wins over Ron Stander and some other bum after beating Ali, he is unbeatable and may rule the division for a long time.........unless you noticed this huge guy thats all wrong for Frazier, watch the fight and you see why. 2 rounds 6 knockdowns. WOW
Muhammad Ali vs George Foreman - how did Ali own Foreman? he just got beat up till Foreman got tired. Right? Wrong! This fight stayed in Georges mind for damn near 25 years, and for a reason, he was mentally owned by Ali and I dont think George could ever live with that.
Jake LaMotta vs Ray Robinson - the St. Valentines Day Massacre.........I think that sums it up and no further explanation is needed.
Ray Robinson vs Gene Fullmer - that check left hook for the KO is just nuts, FUllmer had never hit the deck before, and the way Fullmer is just groping at the ground as if to say what the fuck was that, shows ya what a amazing athlete Ray was.
your adds
was that really a check hook??? looked to me like he just gave him a normal left hook........... from hell though lol

Ken Norton - Ali I. San Diego. 1973: Worst beating Ali ever took during his hey day.
Actually, the fight should've never happened. Norton was no where on Ali's radar. The story was told as follows. Norton & Ali ended up at the same bar. The women were paying special attention to Ken Norton, which drove Ali crazy. He ran at Ken Norton, shouting all kinds of threats, etc. That led to the fight. Ali decided to add him to his "Bum of the Month" tour and got surprised. At least that's Norton's story.
Ali, the Muslim, was in a bar? Yelling at Ken Norton because girls were not paying attention to Ali? I think I would need video & audio proof of that before even trying to believe that story.

Norton mentioned that story in the documentary Facing Ali.I don't know what Norton would gain by spreading a falsehood.Ali was rumored to be quite the womanizer.

Ali rumored to be a womanizer? Really? LOL: Ali was one of the biggest players in history. Ali the Muslim? You think that's going to stop him, or anyone else for that matter? That's a little naive.

LOL.I used the term "rumor" due to my childhood reverence to Ali.
