| I believe Sky 2 is broadcasting this in the UK. If any of yall across the pond stumble across this fight, keep us posted. IMO this is the sleeper fight of this month. | |

The card starts at 10am here( 2 hours 25 minutes away), I am not sure if it'll go straight to the main event or undercard. Overall it's a pretty decent card. October 24 At Tokyo: Toshiaki Nishioka vs. Rendall Munroe, 12 rounds, for Nishioka's WBC junior featherweight title; Roman Gonzalez vs. Francisco Rosas, 12 rounds, rematch, for vacant WBA interim junior flyweight title; Jorge Linares vs. Jesus Chavez, 10 rounds, lightweights |

| Nishioka won by unanimous decision.
Munroe gave a brave effort but he was thoroughly outclassed by Nishioka, he showed heart to survived some nasty bodyshots.
Nishioka is world class, for a 34 year old he's got great speed. |

| Before I forget, Roman Gonzalez WOW!
This kid has devastating power and technique, he threw a beautiful combination that dropped his opponent, left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut. It's a disgrace that no major network or promotional company is all over this kid, he's a star in the making. |

| Munroe fought very valiantly but Nishioka's accuracy is immense. good to see somebody willing to travel to wherever necessary to achieve their goals. Props to Munroe for a classy and gutsy performance | |

| The fight is on youtube (already!) for anyone that is interested. The Gonzales fight is up as well.
It was a good scrap, I'm amazed that Munroe didn't go down from those body punches. Nishioka was hitting him everywhere on the body... breadbasket, ribs, above the hip.. damn
The UK guys have repped well lately in both victory and defeat, and Munroe is no exception. He was just outboxed and outclassed by the more skilled and experience guy. | |

| Munroe impressed me with his heart and toughness, those body shots would have dropped a horse. Munroe might have a better chance against Steve Molitor. |
