Interesting time to start covering mma like this out of the blue right after Dana dropped a major hint that UFC 105 wont be a ppv or on spike...? You can read between the lines.

Dana is talking out of his ass. No way it's ESPN unless Dana has backed off the demand to be the one in control of the production.

Ten to one this falls through like the 1000 other deals have.

I just can't image seeing an UFC event on ESPN, that would be a great fucking day.

No, that would still be pretty fucking awesome IMO.

ESPN and the UFC would never reach a deal. ESPN would never ever let the UFC control the broadcast and ESPN would cover Fedor and discuss him and Strikeforce during UFC telacasts. It's not ESPN.

Since UFC 99 and especially 100 they've actually been covering the UFC quite a bit. Hell Dan henderson made the top 10 plays after UFC 100. I'd expect this to be the norm now.

Well the UFC is on the UK espn channel.

It would be cool if UFC was on ESPN. I just hope that if ESPN starts covering more MMA, they are fair when it comes to Strikeforce and does not act like UFC is the only company that exists like they somewhat do now, though understandable since they hardly cover MMA at all at the moment.

ESPN affliates carry Sengoku in Japan. ESPN deportes carries Bellator.

The UK ESPN channel is an upstart network to fill the void left by Sentana or whatever.
