This all 100%. If I wanted I could pull police reports and post. I didnt see him leave that way, thats what I heard from others later.

The one chick cop I talked to last said she thinks its all a bunch of bullshit, and his jaw isnt broken either and hes doing that to be a pussy. He pressed charges, I pressed charges. We have court dates the same day. I got copies of both complaints signed right here.

Apparently he isn't on his way to jail tonight either which is bullshit if you asked me. He assaulted me and his girlfriend. It's also bullshit that they can't charge him for domestic violence since "I can't be the complainant" she said. Typical battered woman who defends her boyfriend when he is the one at fault.

Don't get me started. My friend's partner nearly broke her skull and she wouldn't go to the cops or let me bash his head in.

I'm going to follow through on my charges to hold him accountable. I'll ask at court if he agrees to a domestic violence program of some kind I'd agree to throw my charge out.

The cops essentially informed me I was charging him, when I hadn't even brought it up, for the push (lol) because they can't book him without her claiming the abuse. But they also informed me that the statements his family gave they were going to charge me and "everyone is telling us a different story". They didn't want to arrest me but because of that they weren't going to arrest him either.

The more I think about it tonight the less pleased I am with their investigation because until after my citation was already handed out, they hadn't even talked to two of of the witnesses yet outside of his family, besides the fireman who had my back as soon as they arrived. Just the kid's dad and his pregnant girlfriend. Maybe a grandmother too. They said "everyone has a different story". Do some fucking police work and talk to more than just the kids family before you charge me. The correct thing would have been to rip my ticket up after they collected the statements from the other two witnesses, in the very least. I think his drama game with the ambulance worked by appearances. All that shit about the neckbrace and whatever supposedly, which I heard later. I saw em get the gurny and shit out but he was standing at the time, so I started laughing and walked over to talk to the crowd of neighbors/gaukers, also laughing. He didn't seem that badly hurt initially.

Gonna defend myself on this though. I've got myself acquitted as my own lawyer once before at a bench trial in my early 20s, believe it or don't.

I got tapped once in a fight with a buddy of mine in a bar fight to a RNC with no hooks. This was before I knew what to do at all but I think that should be taken into consideration when pickems involve me vs a ground player. I'm not sure my sparring partners are the best either, being an eight year old in judo and a three year old. I've been able to tap my best friend on the ground fairly easy though lately so I think my nerdish MMA obsession is literally paying dividends.
