Seat prices, this surprises me.

Really would expect any event with Brock Lesnar to garner the largest ticket prices, not a weak free card. Maybe they are trying to compensate for the non PPV aspect or are exploiting high end product scarcity over seas. Just surprising though.

I think it probably has to do with the overall expense of the location.

Could be the currency exchange make it viable to I guess. One Euro is equal to about $1.30 US right now.

Exactly GDP. Plus I have no idea what it cost to hire all the temp employees from anyone state or country, plus an arena in England is going to be more expensive than one in Las Vegas.

I don't know, it still feels high though. UFC 118 at $288 pumped up with the 1.3 exchange would still only come out to about $375 a ticket. Maybe O2 arena is just that bad ass that it effects prices for seats that much. I know Oracle is an okay venue, and San Diego Sports Arena a is a certifiable dump.
