| Palhares is a dumbass for stopping and pointing in the middle of the fight but for godsake either Jackson has somehow put together a team of the worst sweeting guys ever or they are doing something to make themselves slippery.

| I have just come across some deep, inside, completely in the black, no one else knows information that Greg Jackson gave the ref $15 to call it his way. Palhares was actually pointing to his wife and saying "Isn't she pretty?" | |

| Palhares deserved what happened to him for being a dumbass. Never stop unless the ref stops it. |

| He didn't even get the greatest position on the leg. Nate is one of the higher level sub guys he has ever faced. | |

| I just wonder how they test for grease on a fighter.
Do they feel the leg? do they take a swab sample?
Cause I think you could put just a little grease on there, not enough to be detected by eye, o by touch, but enough to slip out of situations. | |

| Just to clarify what happened....Marquardt escaped the leg lock with technique, not grease or anything else. He utilized what we call in wrestling, a limp leg escape. The reason its hard to hang onto the person's foot or leg if they perform the technique properly is because the toes are pointed straight, eliminating the grip the person holding the lock has on the opponent's heel. In wrestling, this escape is seen all the time, with shoes on. So, without shoes, its even easier to hit, especially after they have been sweating for all that time. | |

| As noted in the thread on here, Palhares apoligized for the accusations, this wasn't really a thread simply about Nate doing it or not, I said initially I don't think he did, just the trend of greasing accusations for Jackson fighters. | |
