i want to see JML vs gamboa but...

i think that marquez will beat lopez. i know that im probably in the minority but marquez looks like he still has something left in the tank. i think that with marquez' experience with not only boxing matches but also with wars, he will take lopez into deep waters and KO him. i think that it will be a close fight until the mid-late rounds because marquez will get to him. again, i know that a lot of people will probably disagree but i just dont see lopez winning this fight. but who knows, maybe if marquez can win then he can go on and beat gamboa and then chris john (avenge his brothers loss) and become the MAN at featherweight. but maybe thats going too far.

maybe lopez and gamboa will still fight even if lopez loses though. i just dont know.

We all have no idea what Marquez has left. he hasn't fought anyone but Vazquez for years (and one tune up fight).

Vazquez looked shot in the last fight. Has Marquez declined alot, but just not as much as Vazquez???? You have to figure the wars took alot out of both fighters

Ya Rafa ( one of my favorite fighters ever) is slipping fast. His chin has always been suspect so I won't be surprised if the kid comes in and blitz him early and ko's Marquez! But I am pulling for Rafa and I see him catching the kid early and getting his respect and then stopping him late!

juanma will come in disciplined for this fight especially after getting careless and being knocked down in the concepcion fight. i think we will see the juanma that fought deleon that night which is what he should do more often. letting the fight come to him and countering.

After Lopez struggled with Mtagwa and then in his last fight actually got dropped by Concepcion, alot of fight fans were saying Gamboa would win

After Gamboa gets dropped (and doesn't look great) last Saturday, fans write in saying Lopez would win.

It is an interesting fight. Lopez has better technique, is more disciplined, and has faced better competition. Gamboa is faster, more explosive, but sloppier, and vulnerable. I see a great fight.

i agree. both fighters have had their struggles but both have overcome adversity in the fight to win. i have been saying that lopez would beat gamboa for about a year, even after the mtagwa fight. so i would love to see the fight to see who would come out on top but again, i still think that marquez beats lopez.

I think JuanMa beats both of these guys. Raffa will show his age and Gamboa will not be able to recover from the Puerto Ricans power. The only guy at 126 with a chance IMO against JuanMa is Caballero.
