| I'm thinking about starting a petition to remove Bob Sheridan from KingVision and Integrated Sports PPV's. Would anyone else be interested/ know how to proceed ? | |

| Sheridan sucks. Other than that is there a particular reason you want him removed?
I'm thinking it might not be easy to get him out, because given how bad he is and that no one every seems to want to work with him (how annoying is it listening to one guy call a fight all alone!?) he MUST have something on Don King to have kept that job so long.

| I'll be the 1st to sign.
I had to put up with Sheridan last week for the Calderon-Segura fight.
He's worse than Gus Johnson. And he's a brown noser. Nothing positive comes out of Sheridan doing a fight.

| Sucks is an understatement. Offensive to the senses is more accurate. He is unprofessional, biased, grating, boorish and overly opinionated for a play by play man.
When was the last time you heard a profesional commentator screaming instructions to one of the fighters in between rounds on how to knock out his opponent? He literally leaned over to the fighter's corner, screamed his name to get his attention, and proceeded to give him strategy instructions.
He routinely openly cheers for one fighter, gives an inaccurate account of the fight action, and provides slanted editorials during fights.
He is too much to handle and badly takes away from the viewing of the fight broadcast.

| I've watched a lot of fights Sheridan has done. Up until recently he never bothered me.
But in the last six months? He is just awful. I have been muting him.

| It's been a couple of years for me, Marble.
I remember a Wlad Klitschko fight he coverd a couple of years ago- he did nothing but disparage Wlad, his opponent, European boxing- he did not even call the fight, just critisized and complained and editorialized through the whole fight. Totally ruined that fight (and many others) for me.
I am just shocked at how blatantly he crosses the line of professional standards each time. Not to mention he is just very annoying.

| I had to mute him back when he was doing commentary for Tyson's early days. | |

| I have come up with a solution for this problem !!!! If you listen to the fights through a surround sound system, disconnect the center channel speaker.
This way you will still hear sounds but not the commentary, as the centre channel handles dialogue.
I would still like to make some noise to get rid of Sheridan.

I often mute fights in order to score them objectively. Not hearing Jim Lampley is an added bonus.
