Crazy entrance themes...

...After BJ entered the ring to native Hawaiin music, which didn't quite fit the event, I thought what would be good entrance music that really doesn't match what we are watching?

Example:

Anderson Silva enters to "Afternoon Delight"

Chuck Lidell "Rain drops keep falling on my head"

BJ often enters to that. Fits just fine.

I like it when fighters come out to music that reflects their culture or nationality.

No I like that fine, but normally these guys are coming out on charged up music, so it just made me think. Again, I would be rolling on the ground if someone came out to "Islands in the Stream".

I liked Tom Lawlor coming out on the leash to "Who let the dogs out".

Monson coming out for a title match to "Imagine" was certianly different.

I'd love for someone to come out to Afternoon Delight! That just might be my favorite MMA moment if it happened, but the fighter MUST sing along as he's walking to the cage.

I'd come out to some of that gangsta ass Brazilian rap that a lot of fighters come out to, sounds way cooler than gay American rap.

Well if I wanted to keep it high tempo I would come out to "Sinnerman" by Nina Simone, but if I shooted for humor or a WTF moment? Josh and I are in agreement! Of course you could try "Lollipop", that would definately get people talking about you.

I would just come out like the Undetaker and have the lights go out and just walk to the ring with a bell ringing in the background. Either that or Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys

Switch both back and fourth between fights.

I could see the Beach Boys or Afroman's "Cuz I got high". Hey that's what Diaz should come out to next time he gets to fight!

I actually like bj's walk in music. Honestly if you want to be calm and in the zone like all the best fighters in the world seem to be, you should just come out to some Bob Marley or Sublime or 311 type shit.

OK! I will be more blunt, since only 1 person got it. I was thinking of what would be funny as shit for fighters to walk out to, that we would not expect them to. I didn't realize I was being difficult and apologize if I was.
