As much as I hate Floyd, I'm on record (and have been for about a year) saying he beats Pac by decision. If he were to drag this out another year and the legs continue to get worse, then my answer might change (or at least the conviction with which I proclaim it)

Floyd has no killer instict, he tried to get Marquez out of there and he couldnt. Floyd doesnt throw many punches, kind of the same problem Dawson has.
