college football taking away everyone's wins and rendering all those careers and seasons meaningless just hurts the sport and the NCAA. The NCAA is a joke. College sports are a joke and I have no idea why this shit is as ravenously popular as it is.

I like college football because most of the guys play with a passion there. Only the top end athletes will have a shot to make the big bucks, so that is what motivates them..but for everyone else the sport is what motivates them, and I love watching those guys play.

I grew up watching college sports with my dad. Going to OU games with him and my uncle when I was younger and rooting for them next to him on the couch. My sports passion was passed down to me. I remember watching OU getting fucking smashed in the pouring down rain vs K-State when I was younger, I can handle losing a few BCS games lol.
So the answer it is tradition handed down from generation to generation.

College sports are half joke in that too many people make too much money off of the athletes who receive fractions in return(some get scholarships). The big joke is that the most popular sport is the most broken. 118 teams in a regular season and a beauty pageant to select two for a joke of a championship game. No other legitimate team sport does that. Can't take any championship in College football seriously.
