Hell yes it is. I have threatened my neighbor before. He kept backing his fucking car into my yard so I put a cinder block in the way. He decided to take a sledge hammer to it after the fucking idiot ran it over (in my yard). So I went over to his house and asked him why he broke it. He got smart with me and I told him to come outside I was going to stomp his ass. He decided to stop driving in my yard and he replaced the cinder block. LOL
