| Wow walk into my kitchen and its flooded and a pipe busted big time called the city and shockingly they were here within 5 minutes to turn the water off

| ya got lucky i basically toweled the whole kitchen off then the city guys got here turned water off, hard wood pantry with removable part to get under the house just mopped all the water into it | |

For sure! Mildew can turn into a mold problem. That could lead to a health problem. My brother in law had a problem where the wood floor was covered with carpet. They were all having breathing trouble and they pulled the carpet back and all kind of black mold was on the floor. He actually moved from the house because it was so bad. | |
