| its one of those things where sheilds and fitch are worthy and kampman and alves are not imo. I know jake has not done much in the ufc but did prove himself in strikeforce and beating a number 1 ufc contender in hendo. | |

| The problem though is that if Alves and Kampmann win then 1 of them must get the next shot and since GSP destroyed Alves a year ago then Kampmann gets the next shot. If Shields and Fitch win then i'd rather see Shields get it because we've already seen GSP-Fitch. |

| I'd have to go with Shields/Kampmann. At the same time though neither Alves nor Kampmann deserves a shot. If they were both to win I'd say give the shot to Kampmann simply becaue he hasn't already been destroyed by GSP. | |

| Kampmann has little realistic chance against Shields, Alves missed weight just now and his last fight before that was a onesided loss to St. Pierre over a year ago, and Jon Fitch is the most oppressively unwatchable fighter in MMA history.
Therefore my prediction is GSP over Shields via headkick. | |

| I am completely not wanting to watch Fitch or Alves take another ass beating, however, they maybe the only ones who could possibly beat GSP. I doubt it, but am willing to admit that right now he is too good for anybody in that weight division. | |
