the guys that were the bad guys of the sport

Fernando Vargas - I think he thought being a "real mexican fighter" meant you had to be a thug and call De La Hoya a pussy as often as possible

Zab Judah - replace the word "mexican" with black and he is Vargas. Atleast he has cleaned up his act, I honestly was always a fan though. Loved the grills and thrills

Roberto Duran - at one time as classless as it gets in and out of the ring, basically a degenerate who enjoyed cursing fighters wifes and children while they were present. When he said he was going to fuck you up, you knew he was atleast serious about trying it.

Mike Tyson - Rape conviction? check. Biting ears? check. Try to break an arm? check. Start weigh in brawls? check. Scaring female reporters to death? check

Floyd Mayweather Jr - admit it most buy his PPVs praying they will witness his first loss. Tried to be the smiling nice guy and it didnt work realized he needed to be a villian to sell, and nobody does it better than him currently.

Larry Holmes - 1 sentence is why he doesnt get his full recognition "Rocky Marciano couldnt carry my jock strap"

Bernard Hopkins - when he tossed the Puerto Rican flag Tito was so shocked all he could do was point at Hopkins in disbelief and say "did you see that" add in that he threw rice and beans in Titos face as a "last dinner", from white boys to pre fight muffings BHop is a bad boy.

Ricardo Mayorga - he didnt fight you, he mugged you, and then drank some beers and smoked a cigarette, while still in the ring

Muhammad Ali - hard to imagine he was the sports biggest villian at one time....until

George Foreman - amazingly hard to imagine him being a villian but he was. Want proof, Clubber Lang was based on Foreman. Nothing more to say

Sonny Liston - the quintessential bad guy with the wrap sheet to prove it.

Nobody disgraced this sport or himself like Mike Tyson. Nobody. Except for Tony Ayala Jr. I still can't understand why Mike's not dead or in prison.

Let's be accurate and fair here. Mayorga didn't make fun of his dead mother. He told Spinks he was going to send Cory to be with her.

Tony Galento wasn't a very nice guy.

Jack Johnson might have been the quintessentail villain.

Abe Attell was NOT a prince among men.

Sandy Saddler was so mean he scared Young George Foreman.

I almost added Galento

daaaahhh on the other 3, your a great brain marble you could do a mass genocide and i would show up at your trial , "but he knows boxing so damn well!!!"

Saddler was scary and Abe Attell is one of my favorites definitely doesnt get the props he deserves

Doc Kearns and Al Weill were not thought highly by Dempsey and Marciano respectively.
