It takes a great amount of dedication, planning, and education to adopt a vegan lifestyle. It is very inconvenient to most people. If not done properly it is not healthy.

I could never make it on any diet that didin't include meat. Chicken, steak, pork, all so good.

vegan is not only vegetarian (no meat or seafood) , it means no dairy: milk, cheese, cream, butter, margarine. No eggs, nothing baked or cooked with eggs in it, no chocolate.

It is only things prepared from plants, grains, nuts,seeds. Nothing that comes from an animal.

^ yep my buddy is vegan and its soy milk, soy ice cream, tofu, salads, beans etc. He manages to make some pretty good dishes since he has been at it a while. If my buddy did all the cooking I could do it for a month of two but thats it man.

I don't care about the details. When you take out chicken, pork, steak, I'm already not listening anymore.

Vegan's have problems with flatulence.

me neither, I just had 2 johnsonville chorizo style sausages. I say chorizo style because they were similar to authentic chorizo I've had, but they weren't authentic to me.
